Who We Are

The Underdog Division, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to giving vulnerable dogs a second chance.

We work independently yet collaboratively with K9netic Pack, a trusted training and behavior modification partner based in Poolesville, MD.

Together, we’ve built a model that bridges the gap between rescue and rehabilitation — ensuring that every dog has not just a home, but the skills to stay there.

Rescue Through Rehabilitation

We believe transformation takes more than rescue — it takes rebuilding.

Each dog entering our program receives:

  • Comprehensive behavioral evaluation

  • Custom training and enrichment plan

  • Structured decompression period

  • Ongoing adopter and foster support

This training-based rescue model reduces returns, builds confidence, and sets our dogs and families up for lifelong success.

Our Mission & Vision

Mission: To rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome vulnerable or overlooked dogs through structured training, compassionate care, and community education.

Vision: A world where no dog is defined by its past — only by the potential we help unleash.
